Piloting the interactivity tool

The interactive tool was piloted during the spring semester of 2025 in the Wireless Sensor Networks course. During and after the pilot, we received feedback from students and improved the tool based on this feedback.

The feedback indicated that the interactive tool was generally considered useful and that the video-related exams encouraged students to watch the lectures more actively. The tool was further developed to enable the use of all question types in interactive video exams. In addition, mobile support for these question types was added to the tool.
Based on the feedback, the video tool will also be developed to be more user-friendly in the future. The aim is to add features that allow students to see their progress in the exam more clearly. In the future, students will also be able to rewind the video and return to the exam question.
The interactive exam tool will also be tested in other courses during the fall to test the new features.
