The Quality in Distance Learning project creates solutions for better utilization of data collected from distance learning. Data is generated from, for example, the use of learning platforms and lecture videos, as well as from students' study performance. The aim is to enable education providers, lecturers, and students to utilize this data.

The team responsible for organizing teaching develops and monitors the effectiveness of the education program. The project develops visual overviews to assist the team, including the number of credits completed in the master's program, key figures related to joint applications, graduation numbers and graduation time estimates, and the use of learning environment tools.
Lecturers receive information about data related to their own courses. Lecturers are interested in the popularity of their own courses, completion rates, how students use different elements of the learning environment, and comparisons between course implementations.
The goal for students during the project is to provide a clearer picture of their study progress and to help them plan their studies and stay on track to graduate on time.
