IoT learning environment in the development of vocational education amid the digital transformation

Digitalization, and in particular the Internet of Things (IoT), is transforming working life in all sectors. IoT technology enables physical devices and systems to be connected to the internet, opening up new opportunities for data collection, analysis, and utilization. Vocational education and training must be able to respond to this change by providing students with the skills to understand and apply IoT technology.

In connection with this topic, Jukka Määttälä, project manager of the IoT learning environment project, spoke at the AMK and vocational education research days in Kokkola, where a large group of participants gathered to discuss positive structural change and change management.
