Information on LUMI AI Factory services from the high-performance computing webinar

The webinar High-Performance Computing as an Accelerator of Companies’ Innovation Work, organised by the Industrial Big Data project, provided participants with information about the opportunities offered by the EuroHPC LUMI supercomputer. LUMI is one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers and AI platforms, and it is also available to Finnish companies for RDI work, regardless of company size.

The webinar also introduced the services of LUMI AI Factory, which provide expert support, consulting and training for the utilisation of artificial intelligence. LUMI AI Factory’s services are free of charge for SMEs, startups, researchers and public sector organisations.

The experts in the webinar were Tiina Leiponen, Customer Manager at CSC, and Ville-Matti Hakanpää from BC Bertenex, who presented a company’s practical perspective on utilising high-performance computing.
