Autonomous work machines (AUWO)

The project will start development and research work on autonomous machine control in Central Ostrobothnia by developing machine control solutions based on artificial intelligence, sensor fusion and simulation models.

The DustSense project develops smart dust monitoring solutions based on sensor networks and IoT technologies. These intelligent solutions enable continuous monitoring from multiple points across wide areas simultaneously. Networked, real-time dust measurement allows for quicker and more effective responses to emissions.

Industrial Big Data is a project funded by the Kokkola Ecosystem Agreement, which aims to pilot the potential of AI techniques to monitor deviations and quality in industrial processes and to develop big data generated from testing battery materials to create a new level of predictability about the quality of battery cells and thus battery materials.
