Dives project visited the KIP Industrial Park, to explore the industrial water management facilities and processes. KIP service supplies four different water qualities (seawater, surface water, domestic water and deionized water) to the production facilities of the KIP Industrial Park. The water plant in the KIP Industrial Park is Finland's largest industrial water plant. It also handles the distribution of compressed air in the KIP area.
Project got a preliminary glimpse into the current state of utilization of digitalisation and also got acquainted with the possibilities of digitalisation in target environments. The aim of the project is to find out the state and challenges of ecosystems related to water use and production by water-related actors in Central Ostrobothnia and to produce new information based on applied research related to them.
