DustSense – Smart Dust Monitoring in Industrial Areas
Real-time dust monitoring strengthened with a background measurement station
Our dust monitoring network measures particulate concentrations in real time across the industrial area. The network already consists of a total of 26 dust monitoring devices. To support the network, we installed a background monitoring station outside the industrial area. In addition to serving as a background station, the measurement point also functions as a reference for commercial equipment.
Installation of dust monitoring equipment in Kaustinen. The installation was carried out by Project Manager Timo Hongell and Research Assistant Joona Nuorala, with Keliber’s Environmental Specialist Sanna Herva also participating.
